Madeline M. Martin is an associate with The Erb Law Firm, PC.
Madeline, a native of State College, PA, earned her B.S. from Penn State University and her JD from Temple University School of Law. At Temple, Madeline participated in a clinical with the Philadelphia District Attorney's office and earned the distinction of Outstanding Oral Advocate.
Madeline has experience in all aspects of estate planning and administration, including the drafting of estate planning documents, preparation of estate and fiduciary income tax returns and estate and trust accountings. She is a member of the trusts and estates practice at The Erb Law Firm, PC, where she focuses on estate and trust litigation matters, including objections to accounting and will/trust disputes.
Ms. Martin is a member of the bar of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the American Bar Association and the Philadelphia Estate Planning Council.
